Leading and colouring are available to suit any design. Glass bonding to glass with completely transparent results is done using 'ultra-violet' (UV) sensitive resin. This is known as 'UV bonding'. Sandblasting, acid etching and screen-printing all over or to a design are also available. Solar control, privacy and bomb blast films can also be applied to glass. Cut sizes of clear and tinted float, patterned, silvered and safety glasses such as clear and textured wired and all thicknesses of laminate clear and patterned.
Double-glazed units, including low E annealed, toughened and laminated; Argon filled to further reduce the 'U' value, plus all other combinations of glass in standard units. All our units made in house are tested to the DIN. Standard which exceeds the criteria of BS5713. All argon filled units are made to BS5713.
Toughened glass from 4mm to 19mm, heatsoaked if required.
All of the above glasses can be shaped to templates, our polishing machines can accommodate up to 19mm thick glass. Curves and other shapes can also be machine polished. Mitring, bevelling up to 38mm and drilling from 4mm to 63mm diameter counter sunk or standard, are also carried out in our processing facility.
